EBC Essay 2: Eating Right and Exercising to Stay Healthy

Different people have different ways to stay healthy. Some people like to swim weight training or yoga because these exercises are good for increasing heart rate, train lung capacity, maintain a good mood). Other people like to stay healthy by eating (Vitamin C), (Calcium) and vitamin D. In order to stay healthy and enjoy my life, I like to exercise and eat right.

For example, I like to swim, jogging and yoga. The reason I like to swim is because It makes me lose weight, build stamina, build muscle. I also like to jogging because It boosts my immune system, sleeps better, and strengthens my heart and lungs. Finally, I often like to yoga because It can regulate the whole body system, improve blood circulation, promote endocrine balance, decompress and nourish the heart, and release the body and mind.

In terms of eating healthy foods, I like to eat vitamin C, vitamin D and cranberry lozenges at least one time a week. The reason I like to eat vitamin C is because It can make me whiten and anti-oxidant. I also like to eat vitamin D because It allows me to supplement calcium, anti-inflammation. Finally, I like to eat cranberry lozenges because It allows me to reduce the adhesion of germs to the epithelial cells of the urinary tract and achieve the effect of preventing urethritis and urinary tract diseases.

I also think it is also important not to eat too much junk food. For example, I don’t think people should eat too much fried food, high sugar food or fatty food because they cause the body to fail to replenish healthy nutrients.

In conclusion, if you want to stay healthy, I think it is important to eat a lot of healthy food, exercise a lot and avoid eating too much junk food.
